DO I HAVE TO JOIN ONLINE?

There are three ways you can join, you can join online through our website, you can join over the telephone, or you can come into any of our gyms during our manned hours and a member of the fitness team will be happy to help you.

DO YOU HAVE PERSONAL TRAINERS IN THE GYM?

Qualified personal trainers are available to enhance your workout experience, motivating you to achieve even better results. Personal trainers run their own business, so prices vary according to experience. You can spot them in the gym as they’ll be in yellow or green t-shirts. They often run free personal training clinics to help and advise members.

WHAT GYM RULES DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW?

We want 24/7 Fitness gyms to be nice environments for all our members, so there’s a few simple rules we expect everyone to follow.

  • Be nice to each other.
  • Carry a sweat towel and use it.
  • Wear gym kit when you’re training – nobody wants to see concrete covered overalls!
  • Put weights away after you’ve used them. Don’t drop them or throw them at the wall.
  • Don’t share your PIN or the fingerprint pods.
  • Don’t shave or eat in the sauna or steam room.
  • Empty your locker when you leave

IS THERE A CANCELATION FEE?

No there is no cancellation fee. All we ask for is ‘30 days’ notice for membership cancellation.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO JOIN?

Just your full name, DOB and a credit, debit or savings account details.

CAN I TRY THE FACILITIES BEFORE I SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP?

We offer a guest pass which allows you to use the facilities at your preferred gym for a day. You can buy this online with PayPal, and it will be valid for 24 hours. You can also purchase a pass at reception anytime during manned hours, and if you decide to join on the day we will refund your money.
